We believe that church membership is a vital component of our witness that Jesus Christ is Lord. If you're a new believer, if you never connected to a church as a believer, or if you're transferring your membership from another church, it is necessary to both serve in and be accountable to a local church and the larger body of Christ.
Membership at Mount Pisgah is built on three things: a profession of faith that Jesus is Lord, believer's baptism, and the new member's class. Next Steps is our class for those on the path to membership. It is a prerequisite for membership so that all prospective members know about our essential beliefs and confession of faith.
Our next session of Next Steps will be Sunday, December 3rd, from 12:15 to 1:45 PM, right after worship. Lunch and childcare will be provided.
